Go High Level Maestro - Lead Flow Strategist

I am looking for someone to join my team. Here is a little About Us:
We are a coaching and business strategy company that uses Go High Level (GHL) to manage client accounts, automate workflows, and streamline operations. We’re seeking a skilled and experienced GHL expert to help us build and manage sub-accounts, optimize workflows, and provide technical support for our growing business.

Responsibilities:
Sub-Account Creation and Management:

Build and set up sub-accounts within Go High Level for clients.
Customize accounts to match each client’s branding (logo, colors, and settings).
Configure pipelines, workflows, and automation sequences for specific business needs.
Workflow and Automation Development:

Design workflows, email sequences, and triggers based on client requirements.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing automation for improved performance.
CRM Customization:

Set up forms, surveys, and calendars tailored to client needs.
Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, Calendly).
Platform Expertise:

Provide advice on leveraging Go High Level features for business growth.
Stay updated on new GHL features and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience working with Go High Level, especially in building sub-accounts.
Strong understanding of pipelines, workflows, automations, and lead management.
Knowledge of basic CRM functionality and integrations with tools like Zapier.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to customize accounts to specific needs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Access to a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing and automation strategy.
Familiarity with branding and design for account customization.
Previous experience working with clients in the coaching or consulting industry.

Test Task (To Apply):
To ensure you are skilled in Go High Level, we’d like you to complete the following task as part of your application:

Create a demo sub-account in Go High Level using the following criteria:

Add a mock business name and logo (you can use placeholders).
Create a sample pipeline with minimum 5 stages at least be creative add what you think is needed (e.g., Lead, Engaged, Consultation Booked, Consultation Completed, Client).

Design an automation workflow that sends:
A welcome email when a lead is added.
A reminder SMS for a booked consultation (1 day before the appointment).
Submit screenshots or a short video walkthrough of the sub-account setup, including the pipeline and automation workflow, as part of your application.
