Landing Page Creation Wizard Needed

Looking for a landing page creation wizard who is able to take direction and work independently. Must be familiar with html, css, and website development. Typical assignments consist of your manager giving you landing page examples, such as these:

The assignment would be to "mimic" the examples, swap out the links with our affiliate links, and upload the files to our domain.

Besides one page landing pages, the applicant must also be comfortable setting up, "content rich" landing pages. These are 5-10 page websites with several
