Hours: 3-5 hours per week

Compensation: 80-100€ per month (approximately 7€ per hour)

We are looking to expand our reach and impact by creating a value-driven YouTube channel that educates and inspires.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive YouTube Virtual Assistant to help us establish, manage, and grow our YouTube presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in YouTube strategy, content optimization, and ad campaigns, ensuring that our educational videos reach and engage the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Channel Setup & Management:

Create and optimize a YouTube channel using existing video content stored in Google Drive.

Develop an effective channel strategy aligned with our educational and brand goals.

Design engaging thumbnails and write compelling video descriptions, titles, and tags for SEO optimization.

Content Upload & Scheduling:

Edit and upload videos as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation.

Create video playlists and organize content for better viewer engagement.

Schedule posts strategically to maximize reach and engagement.

Audience Engagement & Growth:

Monitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive and engaged community.

Analyze audience insights and suggest improvements to increase subscribers and watch time.

Collaborate with the team to create community polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive content.

Advertising & Monetization Strategies:

Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

Optimize ad spend for maximum return on investment.

Stay updated on YouTube monetization policies and opportunities.

Team Communication & Reporting:

Communicate effectively with the team via WhatsApp and Asana.

Provide weekly reports on channel performance, including views, engagement, and ad campaign metrics.

Suggest content strategies based on analytics and YouTube trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience managing and growing a YouTube channel.

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.

Experience with YouTube Ads and analytics.

Basic video editing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Highly organized and able to work independently.

Familiarity with Google Drive, WhatsApp, and Asana for team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in educational, wellness, or holistic health content.

Knowledge of social media marketing strategies beyond YouTube.

Experience with Canva or similar tools for thumbnail design.
