Online English teachers and Tutors

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year course with at least 1 year experience in ESL (with Education major, Tutorial School/Academy, Call Center or any related work experience, and/or with Master’s Degree is an advantage)
• Has fun and energetic voice when teaching online
• With American Accent and Excellent English Grammar and Comprehension
• Has Excellent English Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills; Has patience and passion in teaching
• Highly motivated, Enthusiastic, Independent, Honest, Confident, and with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• ALWAYS ON TIME
• Applicants must be willing to work in Marfori Heights, Davao City

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Computer Applications (Skype, etc.)
• Approachable but with Authority over students, ENERGETIC, FUN & LIVELY!
• Trainable, swift, and can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Creative, organized, and can deliver Significant Outputs and Reports on time
• Attends ALL required meetings, workshops, and trainings; and meets ALL requirements before deadlines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct online ESL one-on-one classes Koreans, Chinese, and other foreign English learners
• Keep learners engaged in fun lessons and activities
• Administer tests or assess/monitor learners’ performances
• Punctual; late and absence are not tolerated
• Adhere to Company rules and regulations to establish professionalism and harmony
• Follow other related tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
