Business Analyst / Data Entry Specialist

Lucky Egg are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in analyzing and optimizing business processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting data-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather, interpret, and present data to help shape business strategies and drive continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in translating complex data into actionable insights that impact the organization’s operations and growth.

In this role, you will:

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Assist in developing and executing strategies based on data insights to improve business operations.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Work closely with the tech team to implement business solutions and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and tools to continuously enhance analytical skills.

Dashboard Building & Visualization: Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or BI platforms.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a business analysis or data-driven role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and presenting business solutions.

Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
