About the Role
We're looking for a part-time (30 hours/week, with room to grow to 40 in 2-3 months) Marketing & Digital Data Entry Virtual Assistant to help scale our fast-growing eCommerce brand. You’ll work closely with our team but must also be comfortable handling tasks independently.

You will be working closely with the founder, and the whole company is a team of 10.

Working Hours: Flexible, but must be available during EU business hours.
$4.50 – $7.50 hourly rate (depending on skill level)


Tasks:
Prepare Klaviyo emails (3x per week)
Update KPIs & finance dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel)
Influencer research, outreach & follow-ups
Website translations & updates
File management & organization
Other tasks may be added as we scale

Must-Have Skills:
eCommerce experience (Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar)
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Tech-savvy – Knows how to use ChatGPT for Excel formulas, troubleshooting, etc.
Highly organized & detail-oriented

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Advanced Excel formula knowledge
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
A love for (house)plants!

Part 1: Klaviyo Email Prep
Task:
Create a Klaviyo email draft promoting our Spring Soil Bundle Sale with:
Headline: "Your Plants Deserve the Best – 15% Off This Week!"
Body: Mention a 15% discount on all soil bundles, valid until Sunday.
Call-to-Action (CTA): "Shop Now" button linking to ---------- /soil-bundles
Format the email in Google Docs as if it were being designed in Klaviyo on A4 size.

Part 2: Google Sheets
Task:
Create a Google Sheets document with the following weekly sales data:

Week 1: Revenue = €10,500, Orders = 300, Avg. Order Value = ???
Week 2: Revenue = €12,250, Orders = 350, Avg. Order Value = ???
Week 3: Revenue = €9,800, Orders = 280, Avg. Order Value = ???

Formula Task:
Calculate the Average Order Value (€) for each week.
Apply a formula so that if a week’s revenue is below €10,000, the cell turns red (conditional formatting).
Submit: A Google Sheets link with the table & formulas applied.
