Quality Control

Qualifications:
- At least College Graduate/Engineering Course (I.E Preferably)
- Can read drawings, computer literate and know how to use measuring equipment/ devices
- Can work more than 8 hours/ extend time on duty
- At least 1 year Experience in quality control job

Job Description:
- Conducts incoming inspection/evaluation of parts and raw materials before storage/production consumption.
- Submits report on the condition of inspection/evaluation activities using Incoming Inspection Report (IIR) for parts and toolings and accessories affecting product quality.
- Ensures that non-conforming parts/materials and products are properly segregated and identified to avoid unintended use/delivery.
- Coordinates the status of the identified NCP to purchasing (for materials, parts, toolings and accessories) section for proper plan of action using Material Non-Conformity Report (MNCR).
- Conducts in process inspection of products.
- Issues Problem Non-Conformity Report (PNCR) on quality problem encountered during production.
- Ensures that all issued MNCR and PNCR are addressed, verified and closed.
- In charge in the qualification of toolings and other accessories affecting product quality.
- Extends working time whenever needed.
- Provides work for others as maybe assigned from time to time.
