Pilbara Finance is a well-established Australian mortgage broking firm dedicated to helping clients secure the best home and business loan solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Social Media & Paid Advertising Specialist to take full ownership of our social media presence, create high-quality content, and run high-performing lead generation ad campaigns.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives on independence, creativity, and results-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
Develop a content calendar and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Content Creation & Engagement

Create engaging, high-quality content (written, visual, and short-form video).
Implement organic strategies to increase followers and engagement while building an active community.

Meta Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:

Design, manage, and ---------- Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation.
Ensure ads target the right audience segments, including home loan seekers and business owners.
Track, analyse, and adjust ad performance to maximise ROI while maintaining a strong Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Work within an initial AUD 1,500–2,000 monthly ad budget, scaling up to AUD 10,000/month once performance targets are met.

Analytics & Strategy Optimisation:

Track and report on campaign performance, audience insights, and engagement trends.
Continuously refine strategies to improve reach, conversions, and lead quality.
Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns.
Proven experience in social media management and lead generation through paid advertising.
Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing successful social media growth and Meta Ads campaign results. (Applications without work samples will not be considered.)
In-depth understanding of Facebook & Instagram ad targeting, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
Ability to create and execute ad strategies that generate high-quality mortgage and business loan enquiries.
Experience using AI tools for content generation is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset—able to work with minimal supervision.

What We Offer:

Full-time, long-term remote position with an Australian company.
Salary: Up to PHP 72,000 per month.
Flexible working hours, but must be available to align with Western Australian Time Zone.
