Expert Bookkeeper

I'm looking for an expert bookkeeper who can help us figure out the discrepencies in our books, reconcile accounts, and help us keep everything clean for tax purposes and reporting. Initially we probably need a few more hours than normal to clean everything up. Then it would be a small amount of hours each month to maintain everything. Then we'd have occasional times where we'd need more hours to prepare for taxes, etc.
