About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help us bring on new clients and generate great, qualified leads. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. Your immediate goal will be to identify and connect with small healthcare businesses that could benefit from our services and ultimately onboard at least one new client per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate qualified leads and convert them into new clients.
- Leverage effective tools and strategies that have worked for you in the past to meet lead-generation goals.
- Stay organized and track outreach efforts to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with potential clients.
- Represent our services in a way that highlights their value to small healthcare businesses.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation with a track record of success.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to handle rejection and keep pushing for success.
- Familiarity with CRMs, email outreach, LinkedIn, or other lead generation tools is a must.
- Social media experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $5–$8 per hour, based on experience.
- $25 bonus for each new client successfully signed on (paid out of the first payment made by the client).
- Flexible, part-time hours to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
