Responsibilities:

As a Media Buyer at 7 Figure Dojo, you will:
- Strategically manage multiple Facebook/Instagram ad accounts to meet lead generation goals.
- Design and optimize ad creatives that resonate with local audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and ensure campaigns meet KPIs (e.g., CPL, CTR, conversions).
- Collaborate with our marketing team to refine strategies and share performance insights.
- Provide clear, actionable reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on platform policies and ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook/Instagram guidelines.
- Handle ad accounts for multiple clients with similar creatives, optimizing each to drive results effectively.


Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of media buying experience with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts.
- Expertise in ad creation, design, and optimization for local lead generation.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to interact confidently with clients in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
- Proficiency in platforms like Slack and Zoom for team collaboration and client updates.
- Familiarity with local lead generation campaigns that require minimal creative variation.
- A commitment to working full-time graveyard shifts, with no concurrent employment.
- A reliable and dedicated home workspace, with the ability to work while monitored via desktop software.


Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive Salary: $850 - $1,300/month, based on experience and performance.
