Residential Architect - Los Angeles

Job Description:

We are a growing home-building company seeking a talented and experienced Residential Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, specifically in residential projects, and possess comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations in Los Angeles County and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural blueprints and designs for residential homes.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

Provide expertise and guidance throughout the design and construction process.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in architectural design, specifically in residential projects.

Strong understanding of building codes and zoning laws in Los Angeles County.

Previous experience working on architectural projects in Los Angeles is a must.

Proficiency in relevant architectural software is a plus.


Experience Required:

At least 2 years of experience in architectural blueprint work in Los Angeles.
