Wordpress and Landing Page

I would like to hire a VA with Wordpress skills, landing page design skills.
I'm looking at 2+ website each week.
Each website requires new content to be generated and possibly finding answers on your own.
There will be autonomy needed for this position, the VA will need to use a tool to create or spin website content when building page.
