Executive Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design Skills

About Me:
I’m a solo creative entrepreneur building a printable and digital product shop that sells planners, templates, and guides for busy families and real-life moms.

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive Executive VA with strong graphic design skills to be my right hand. You’ll help me design beautiful products, manage uploads, and keep everything organized.

Your Main Tasks:
Graphic Design (Primary)
Design high-quality printables, planners, and templates using Canva Pro (Etsy-style quality).
Turn my written outlines or notes into polished, branded digital products.
Create mockups and Pinterest graphics for promotion.

Admin & Operations (Secondary):
Upload digital products to Payhip or Etsy with optimized titles, tags, and descriptions.
Keep Google Drive organized with clear folders and file names.
Track sales, notes, and ideas in Google Sheets.
Schedule Pinterest pins or social media posts when needed.

You’re a Good Fit If You:
Are excellent with Canva Pro (or Adobe, optional).
Have experience designing digital printables or planners.
Write and communicate clearly in English.
Are organized, reliable, and love systems.
Can work independently but communicate regularly.

Bonus Points:
Familiar with Etsy, Payhip, or MailerLite.
Basic SEO or product listing experience.
Light copywriting or social media design.

Pay & Benefits:
Starting rate: $100 a week
