Position: Korean Customer Care Representative
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders, requests, and comments through phone call, email, and chat
- Providing quality information and assistance, maintain customer relationships
- Navigate company software, promote client products and services
- Escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, co-workers

Requirements:
- Korean in the Philippines
- Fluent in English
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Background in customer service is an advantage but not required
- Technically-capable, knowledgeable in Microsoft Tools
