Growth Assistant (Email Marketing)

We are hiring a growth assistant at Enduring Labs. This is a ~20 hours a week position focused on enabling email outreach. You will work with our founder to build lead lists, set up email sequences, enroll prospects into campaigns, and manage multiple campaigns.

**Requirements**

- You must be familiar using Clay ( ---------- ) as a prospecting and enrichment tool.
- You must be familiar using an outreach tool like Unify, ---------- , Streak, or [ ---------- ]( ---------- ) to send email outbound.
- You must have excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- You are available to work a consistent schedule during daytime hours PT (sometime between 9AM and 6PM).
- You have experience running email campaigns for a US-based company selling either a software product or service.
