Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Video Editor to join our creative team. This is a full-time position (8 hours per day), with a pay range of $6-8 per hour. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, and possesses advanced editing skills, including keyframing and color grading. This role involves creating polished video content with minimal revisions, managing tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit video content for various platforms, including short-form clips and long-form projects.
-Caption videos with accurate spelling and grammar.
-Perform advanced editing tasks, such as keyframing text animations and color grading.
-Review and refine edits to ensure elements are properly aligned, consistent in color, and meet quality standards.
-Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

-English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal skills are essential for accurate captioning and communication.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies, misalignments, or errors in video content.
-Adobe Premiere Pro Expertise: Proficiency in non-linear editing with a strong understanding of editing workflows.
-Advanced Editing Skills: Experience with keyframing, motion graphics, and color grading to deliver professional-quality videos.
-Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

-Familiarity with other video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
-Experience working on projects for digital and social media platforms.
-Creative mindset and ability to propose innovative solutions for video storytelling.

Work Environment:

-Fully remote position. Hours are flexible as long as deadlines are consistently met.
-Reliable access to high-speed internet and editing software is required.
