About Us:
ZUS Operations LLC is a growing e-commerce company specializing in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). We focus on sourcing, managing, and scaling profitable wholesale products on Amazon. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the growth of our Amazon wholesale FBA business.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research and Supplier Sourcing:

Identify profitable wholesale products using research tools and techniques.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Manage and monitor supplier relationships.
Inventory Management:

Track stock levels and manage inventory to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Order Management:

Oversee order processing and resolve any order-related issues efficiently.
Market Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.
Analyze competitors and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Advertising and Promotions:

Assist in setting up and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Support promotional activities to boost sales and product visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and the FBA wholesale model.
Strong knowledge of product research tools (e.g., SmartScout, AZinsight, or Keepa).
Proficiency in inventory and order management processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Amazon PPC and advertising strategies is a plus.
