JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support, Admin Task & Client Coordinator. In this role, you will provide excellent customer support, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat.
Manage and organize administrative tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
Act as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Assist in improving client satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or client coordination is a plus.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management software, and CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
