Toddlekind is a global children’s brand focused on creating stylish, functional, and high-quality products for modern families. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Influencer Manager to help grow our presence on TikTok in the German market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with German-speaking influencers on TikTok who align with Toddlekind’s brand and values.
Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Develop creative collaboration ideas that resonate with TikTok audiences.
Monitor influencer campaigns, track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and report results to the team.
Maintain a database of influencers and partnerships to track progress and outcomes.
Stay updated on trends in social media, particularly TikTok, and leverage insights to improve collaboration strategies.
Communicate effectively in German and English, ensuring seamless interactions with influencers.
Requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken German (native or near-native level).
Excellent understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
