Lead Generation Specialist

Yearn More Publications has launched a retirement book titled "The Complete Retirement Guide for People 50+: Tailored Advice to Increase Financial Security, Improve Well-being, Achieve Purposeful Living and Thrive in Your Golden Years". It is currently being translated into multiple languages. We need a Lead Generation Specialist/Marketer responsible for generating leads in social media platforms, i.e., finding readers who are interested in free eBooks AND willing to leave a review on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

I. Lead Generation
1. Review the book's table of contents and identify groups on Facebook or ---------- who would benefit from this book. You can find the book on Amazon using this link: ----------
2. Join respective groups using the publication's FB page business account. Target US and UK locations.
3. Build trust and engage in social media groups.
4. Share digital PDF copies of the books to 'qualified leads.'
5. Communicate promo days, i.e. days when leads can download the eBook for FREE on Amazon
6. Follow up with leads to post a review on Amazon.
7. Giveaway promo (like paperback or Audiobooks) incentivize readers to post a review.

II. Communication on Book Launch & Outreach for Reviews

1. Send personalized emails/messages offering advanced copies of the retirement book.
2. Communicate professionally with leads to answer questions or provide additional details.
3. Build excitement on the book launch date.
4. Send a follow-up email to readers to download the free eBook on a launch date.
5. Follow up with readers politely to leave a review on Amazon.
6. Ensure reviews are completed and reflected in Amazon.
7. Maintain and update progress in a shared spreadsheet to track outreach, responses, and commitments.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with lead generation and marketing in various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
2. Familiarity with Google Drive, Word Doc, Canva and other marketing tools.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong organizational skills to manage outreach follow-ups efficiently.
5. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Working Hours and Compensation:

Working Hours:
• Flexible, 10 hours per week, 40 hours for one month
• Start Date: Start Date: Feb 15, 2025 |End Date: Mar 15, 2025
• Weeks 1 & 2 are for lead generation. Weeks 3 and 4 are for following up with readers on reviews.

Compensation:
1. Salary depends on the number of reviews generated on Amazon for the book. The rate is 1 review = 200 Php. Sample Computation:
o 20 reviews x 200 Php = 4,000 Php
o 30 reviews x 200 Php = 6,000 Php
o 40 reviews x 200 Php = 8,000 Php
o 50 reviews x 200 Php = 10,000 Php
o 100 reviews x 200 Php = 20,000 Php

2. Your compensation will paid after 4th week of working.
