Supply Chain Rep

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager with a solid background in managing supply chain operations in the fashion dropshipping industry. This role requires hands-on expertise, proactive communication, and familiarity with tools like Slack to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The position starts with flexible hours and transitions to a full-time role as we scale up and expand into multiple stores.

Responsibilities
Vendor Management:

Maintain strong relationships with fashion suppliers and manufacturers.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product sourcing and delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues promptly, including delays or inventory discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment tasks.
Monitor stock levels and manage restocking when necessary.
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues.
Communication & Coordination:

Use Slack to coordinate with internal teams, including customer support, marketing, and operations.
Provide updates on order statuses, delays, or potential challenges.
Quality Control:

Verify product quality from suppliers to maintain high standards for our fashion items.
Identify and address any supplier issues to ensure product consistency.
Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics such as order accuracy, delivery times, and supplier performance.
Adaptability:

Work 2-4 hours daily during the 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM GMT time window for the first two weeks.
Transition to a full-time role as our operations scale, managing additional responsibilities across multiple stores.
Requirements
Experience:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the fashion dropshipping supply chain.
Proven track record of working with suppliers and managing order fulfillment processes.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using Slack for communication and team collaboration.
Familiarity with dropshipping platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar tools.
Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Availability:

Flexible to work 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM GMT during the first two weeks, with potential for full-time engagement thereafter.
