Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Tasks and Project Management

Hi there! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable virtual assistant to join our team. This position is focused on supporting a real estate-related project, and we’re specifically seeking someone with experience or interest in the following:

- Reviewing MLS listings for property analysis.
- Estimating rehab costs based on photos and property data.
- Preparing CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) reports to assess property values.
- (Optional) Learning and working with our project management software, JobTread, to help keep construction projects on track.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate, data analysis, or project coordination. We’re hoping to find someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow with us!

Requirements:

- Experience with real estate tasks or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work during at least 4 hours between 8am-8pm EST, the other 4 hours can be worked anytime.
- Great English communication.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
