Position Overview
Fitch Technologies is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Researcher and Manager to spearhead the creation and management of a robust content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, planning, and managing a content calendar of 20 posts per month, encompassing various tech-related topics tailored for our diverse audience across
The role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can develop engaging, educational, and informative content while ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and industry trends. The candidate will work closely with designers and other team members to deliver high-quality, multi-format content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
Goal
The goal is to position Fitch Technologies as a thought leader in the tech space, keep our social channels active and engage the audience, generate leads from in-bound traffic from the content created, optimized our SEO for organic ranking.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Calendar Creation:
o Develop a monthly content calendar for 20 posts, including a mix of educational posts, industry updates, web design tips, digital marketing trends, marketing automation insights, SEO and software development topics.
o Ensure the calendar aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals and audience preferences.
• Content Research and Development:
o Research trending topics and relevant industry information to craft engaging content ideas.
o Research ideas for content, using previous calendars and engaging posts from the past, industry news, competitor activities, trending topics, seasonal events, etc.
o Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts for the company website.
o Create compelling social media copies tailored for each platform.
• Content Formats and Coordination:
o Plan and deliver content in various formats, including posters, videos, and blogs.
o Collaborate with the in-house designer to create visually appealing creatives, such as videos or advanced graphic designs.
o Repurpose website content for social media to maximize reach and impact.
• SEO and Performance Optimization:
o Ensure all blog content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
o Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Posting and Scheduling:
o Oversee the timely posting of content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in content creation, management, or similar roles in the tech sector.
• Strong research skills and ability to stay updated on tech and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a focus on SEO optimization.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, AI writing assistants, design tools like canva).
• Basic understanding of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.
