Looking for a Remote VA Partner (Revenue Share Opportunity)
I am launching a Cleaning Service Arbitrage Model and I’m looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant partner to help manage the backend operations.

This is a partnership opportunity, not just a job.

Here is how the partnership will work:

My Role
• I will fund and manage the advertising spend
• Lead generation strategy
• Business development & scaling

? Your Role (VA Partner)
• Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) automation & chatbot flows
• Respond to incoming leads
• Book and manage cleaning appointments
• Handle phone inquiries and customer communication
• Manage social media presence
• Assist with YouTube content management
• Track leads and follow-ups
• Support general backend operations

? The Model
This is a Cleaning Arbitrage business, meaning we generate leads and book jobs while partnering with local cleaning teams who complete the work.

? Ideal Partner
• Experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and proactive
• Comfortable managing leads and automation
• Experience with social media & CRM systems is a plus

Compensation
This will be a profit-share partnership with opportunity to grow as we scale the business.
