About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our growing H&P Documentation Prep Team. As an H&P Documentation Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager and partner clinicians/providers to successfully create summarized H&P notes for our clinicians/providers. You will have a critical role in optimizing the clinician’s workflow, allowing the provider/clinician to spend less time synthesizing patient charts and more time on patient care.
Responsibilities:
•Transfer and summarize medical reports, and documents of newly admitted residents into our standardized H&P format.
•Provide online copies of summarized H&P notes to clinicians/providers for review, making corrections or changes as noted.
•Maintain high standards for proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure as well as medical terminology and abbreviations.
•Collaborate with the Project Manager and partner clinicians to identify and implement workflow improvements for the H&P Prep notes process.
•Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and HIPAA in accordance with clinical standards and government regulations.
•Take ownership for updating Internal Wiki, H&P FAQs and standardized team workflow

Qualifications and Necessary Skills:
•Current state/country license as a Registered Nurse.
•At least 2-3 years of experience in hospital or other health care settings.
Prior experience in clinical documentation, scribing, or utilization review is a plus.
•Familiarity and proficiency with EHRs and use of Google Suite.
•Strong critical thinking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work quickly/efficiently in a remote and fast-paced environment where new protocols are being improved and implemented.
•Openness to feedback as a tool for growth and proactive troubleshooting.
•Able to type 40 WPM
•Attention to detail recognizing the impact on patient safety and provider trust.
Salary and Schedule:
•Salary: USD 1,200.00 per month
•Night shift Philippines Time, Monday - Friday for 50 hours/week
