Real Estate Marketing, Lead Generation and Cold Calling VA

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable VA that can help scale our real estate investment business to the next level. Here is an opportunity for you to grow together with us on our path to success.
We are looking for someone experienced in the real estate marketing and acquisitions field to ramp up marketing efforts and close on more deals. A person that can skip trace, send out campaigns and follow up with leads to help find deals in the NJ area. This job will require you to look through certain documents, to search up tax delinquencies and other potential leads. and You will have an opportunity to make commission on every closed real estate deal additional to your salary!

This is a part-time position with an opportunity to become full-time in due course, based on performance. YOU MUST provide a few minute voice recording or sample script recording, explaining why you believe you should be hired for this position and the value you would bring to our real estate investing marketing and acquisitions team.



Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking and driven to achieve success

• Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in helping other real estate investors in similar tasks and was able to help close deals

• Experience in marketing and sales, ability to cold call, send SMS messages, and lead generation is
needed

• Ability to work in a team and share ideas

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Perform market analysis, rent and sales comps analyses, and present conclusions to the team

• Ability to perform skip tracing, sending campaigns, and follow up with potential sellers

• Must Have a stable Internet Connection that allows efficient workflow

• Must have headphones and a webcam for occasional video communications
