I’m the owner of a wedding photography and videography studio with a growing team, and I’m searching for a positive, organized, and creative virtual assistant! :)
Training will be provided for all tasks. The role includes:
Detail-Oriented Tasks
- Preparing blogs by uploading images, following SEO best practices, and inputting text.
- Gathering contact information for vendors and sending out vendor galleries.
- Creating wedding day timelines by organizing information from a questionnaire into a template.
- Managing our CRM system and sending follow-up
Creative Tasks
- Editing reels for social media, incorporating trends and best practices.
- Culling the best images from a wedding day.
- Reviewing final edits of wedding galleries.
- Selecting standout images from wedding galleries and creating slideshows for clients.
- Designing custom albums for clients.
What I’m NOT Looking For
Please do not apply if:
- You struggle with organization, deadlines, or structure.
- You are not fluent or strong in English communication.
- You have an unreliable internet connection.
What I DO Need
These skills are a must:
- Hardworking and efficient performance.
- Dedication, loyalty, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
- A quick learner who is smart, resourceful, and creative.
- Fluent in English and able to follow guidelines closely.
Additional Details
On average, I have about 10 hours of work per week, although this can vary—some weeks may be busier, while others may be lighter. If you’re a great fit and demonstrate a high level of commitment, there’s potential for the position to grow into part-time or full-time as my business expands!!
