QA/CS Analyst

Job Requirements:
* Ability to identify product defects, log issues into a bug tracking system, and verify fixes through various environments.
* Capable of managing multiple releases with frequently shifting deadlines.
* Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with software developers and other QACS members.
* Assertive and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Able to identify gaps and suggest usability and functionality improvements
Job Description:
* Execute daily QA test cases for enterprise-level platform with multiple accounting solutions
* Work closely with development team on bugs/improvements as a result of QA testing
* Develop, review, maintain and improve test cases documentation
* Provide timely updates to the QACS Lead on the of status of testing and support activities
