Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, and administrative tasks to help grow our real estate business. This is a remote position with flexible hours and significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to property owners, investors, and leads via
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Manage and update CRM with new and existing leads.
- Perform market research and compile data on potential properties.
- Coordinate property viewings and follow-ups with clients.
- Assist in preparing offers, contracts, and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate or lead generation (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Realeflow, Propwire, GoHighLevel) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
