Virtual Assistant – Content Scheduling & Podcast Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our social media scheduling, podcast guest management, and content coordination. This role involves managing content across platforms, responding to guest inquiries, logging requests, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily offers and promotional posts.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Scheduling and Management
• Schedule and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube using tools like Meta Business Suite and Canva.
• Reshare content between platforms, ensuring posts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create simple and engaging visuals in Canva to support posts, stories, or promotions.

Holiday Offer Scheduling
• Prepare and schedule holiday offers and promotions with precise attention to pricing, dates, and disclaimers.
• Ensure captions are engaging, include relevant wellness highlights, and follow the company’s established templates.
• Use SEO-optimised hashtags and structure posts to maximise audience engagement across platforms.

Additional Tasks ---------- Permitting):
• Podcast Guest Management: Respond to podcast guest inquiries, log guest requests, and assist with outreach to potential guests.
• Content Research and Uploads: Research topics, trends, and high-quality visuals to support social media or podcast content creation.
• General Support for Start-Up Needs: Provide ad-hoc support for tasks, such as light administrative work, customer engagement, or drafting content.
Tools:
• The role will require regular use of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and ChatGPT to assist with creative, administrative, and scheduling tasks.

We are excited to find someone who can grow with us and be part of our journey at Being Well Travel Company. To start, we are offering a trial period of 4 weeks to ensure the role is a good fit for both you and our company.

During this trial period, you will be working 1-1.5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with a pay rate of 4-5 dollars per hour. The focus will be on tasks like social media content scheduling and holiday offer management, as well as other responsibilities we agree upon.

The trial period allows us to see how well we work together and for you to demonstrate your skills, adaptability, and potential to grow with the company.

At the end of the 4 weeks, we’ll evaluate performance, communication, and alignment with our company values. If everything goes well, there’s an opportunity for a longer-term arrangement where we can continue building something great together
