Are you a proactive, results-driven salesperson with a passion for tech solutions? Join bwintech—an early-stage service provider helping businesses streamline operations through Excel automation, data analytics, and AI-driven tools. We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and match them with our services that can transform their workflows.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct outbound calls,
Qualify leads who might benefit from Excel automation, data analytics, or AI solutions.
Sales Calls & Presentations
Present our offerings to prospects in a clear, benefits-focused manner.
Address questions about Excel automation, data analytics, and basic AI integrations.
Relationship Building
Build rapport with prospects and guide them from initial interest to signed contract.
Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close deals.
Sales Pipeline Management
Keep track of leads and follow-ups in a CRM or spreadsheet (we’ll provide a suggested system).
Provide weekly sales updates to the founder.
Collaboration
Work directly with the founder to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Offer feedback on what clients are asking for, helping shape future services.
Note: We are a small startup—you’ll be part of building the sales process from the ground up. We’ll provide some basic training materials; however, resourcefulness and a willingness to learn on your own will be crucial to your success.
