The Role
As an Advanced Remote Estimator & Operations Coordinator, you will handle estimate writing (retail and insurance), manage the CRM, schedule appointments, respond to emails, and ensure smooth daily operations. This high-impact role is designed for independent problem solvers with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Estimate Writing: Create detailed estimates using Symbility, Xactimate, or similar software.
Operations & CRM Management: Keep data organized, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
Direct Collaboration: Work closely with the company owner, offering strategic input and operational support.
Communication & Coordination: Respond to client inquiries, streamline email flow, and follow up on key tasks.
Process Optimization: Propose improvements, optimize workflows, and integrate AI solutions where applicable.

Who We’re Looking For
Experience: Prior experience in insurance, estimating, or contracting is ideal, but we welcome quick learners with the right mindset.
Self-Starter: Capable of working independently, managing tasks, and solving problems without constant supervision.
Organized: Skilled at handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and client needs effectively.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English for professional interactions.
