The Role
As our Operations & Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations and long-term goals. Your mission: guide our team, improve workflows, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency. No insurance experience? No problem—your focus is on strategy, leadership, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and empower our 20-person global team, fostering collaboration and communication.
Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and ensure the success of key initiatives across multiple departments.
KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor metrics to measure performance, inform strategies, and drive results.
