JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Shopify E-Commerce Support Specialist to assist in setting up and optimizing our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling product descriptions, crafting engaging email delivery content, setting up automated post-purchase email sequences, and providing additional support as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Descriptions:
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive product descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to our target audience.
Highlight product features, benefits, and unique selling points.


Email
Content Creation:
Develop professional and inviting email delivery content for order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other transactional emails.

Post-Purchase Email Delivery Sequence:
Design and implement a post-purchase email sequence to nurture customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and collect feedback or reviews.
Include personalized touches that align with the brand voice and customer journey.

Shopify Store Optimization:
Collaborate to refine the layout, design, and usability of the Shopify store to enhance customer experience.
Test and ensure all email automations are functioning correctly across devices.

General Support:
Assist with other Shopify-related tasks, such as uploading products, setting up collections, and testing checkout workflows.
Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions for smoother operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience working with Shopify, including setting up stores, writing product descriptions, and creating email workflows.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for various tones and audiences.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Convert Kit, MailGun, Funnel Gorgeous, ) and integrating them with Shopify.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing email templates.
Experience with analytics tools to track and optimize email performance.
Knowledge of e-commerce trends and customer retention strategies.
