# Job Responsibilities

- Create highly engaging visual content by selecting compelling b-roll footage that maintains viewer attention and prevents drop-offs throughout the entire video duration.
- Review and enhance existing video content created in InVideo by selecting and implementing more appropriate b-roll footage that accurately matches the narration while keeping viewers immersed in the story.
- Master the art of seamless transitions between clips to maintain story flow and prevent any jarring ---------- nts that could break viewer immersion.
- Source and manage high-quality stock footage from personal stock video library and InVideo's database, ensuring each clip contributes to the narrative ---------- ntum.
- Apply advanced b-roll techniques such as close-ups, aerial views, and creative transitions to effectively illustrate abstract concepts while keeping the audience engaged.

- Proven track record of creating engaging video content with demonstrated ability to maintain high audience retention rates.
- Strong understanding of viewer psychology and attention patterns in video content.
- Expertise in pacing and visual storytelling techniques that keep audiences hooked.
- Professional experience working specifically with b-roll footage and stock video content.
- Demonstrated ability to select footage that both matches content and maintains emotional connection with viewers.
- Sharp eye for identifying and eliminating any visual elements that might distract from the story or cause viewer disengagement.
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and audience retention metrics.
