Team Lead Position for Property Management

1. With at least 1 year of Airbnb experience working with a host or management team
2. Create opportunities for team collaboration and knowledge-sharing to improve efficiency and ensure best practices are being followed across the board.
3. Promote a culture of accountability and professional growth by recognizing achievements and encouraging individuals to take ownership of their responsibilities.
4. Ensure tea ---------- mbers are up to date with industry trends, changes in property management regulations, and new technologies that may impact operations.
5. Oversee the leasing process, including lease renewals, new lease agreements, and terminations. Ensure lease documents are properly executed, stored, and tracked. Monitor and enforce lease terms to minimize tenant turnover and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
6. Maintain thorough documentation of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, inspections, and property-related communications. Provide regular status reports to senior management on property performance, occupancy, and tenant issues.
7. Coordinate with maintenance teams or third-party contractors for any necessary repairs or improvements
8. Conduct thorough assessments to determine the underlying causes of recurring issues, whether related to maintenance, tenant relations, or operational procedures.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in property management or real estate, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of property management software (Airbnb, VRBO Furnished finder, Hospitable) and other relevant tools.
4. Familiarity with local property laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and fair housing guidelines.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
