Instagram Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instagram Content Creator to design visually stunning and engaging content for our Instagram ---------- a real estate agent in Honolulu, Hawaii, our Instagram presence is focused on showcasing luxury condos and the vibrant lifestyle of Kaka'ako. This role involves creating 7 posts/reels per week, leveraging templates from Coffee & Contracts, and incorporating modern, sophisticated design aesthetics. The ideal candidate will also craft compelling captions and ideas aligned with our brand voice.

Responsibilities:
-Content Creation: Select appropriate templates from Coffee & Contracts and design 7 high-quality Instagram posts/reels per week.
-Creative Input: Develop and integrate engaging captions and text into posts, ensuring content is aligned with the brand’s tone and target audience.
-Reels Optimization: Create visually appealing and dynamic reels, leveraging Instagram trends, audio, and features to optimize reach and engagement.
-Design Quality: Ensure all content reflects a clean, modern, and sophisticated aesthetic consistent with the luxury real estate market.
-Trend Awareness: Stay updated on Instagram trends and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas and approaches into content.
-Attention to Detail: Review all content for accuracy, design consistency, and audience appeal.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the account owner to align content with overall brand goals and vision.

Requirements:
-Strong eye for modern design and a deep understanding of luxury branding.
-Proven experience in creating Instagram content, particularly posts and reels, with a portfolio or examples of work.
-Proficiency in Canva (experience with Coffee & Contracts is a plus).
-Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and text.
-Knowledge of Instagram’s algorithm and best practices for optimizing content for growth and engagement.
-Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
-A creative mindset with a passion for creating visually compelling content that resonates with high-end audiences.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience creating content for real estate, lifestyle, or luxury markets.
-Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.

Time Commitment:
-Create and deliver 7 posts/reels per week, ensuring timely completion for scheduling and posting.
-Approximately 7 hours per week
