Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller with a proven track record to source and qualify leads. The role offers hourly pay plus competitive commissions on each qualified lead and substantial bonuses on closed deals. Lists and training resources will be provided, along with a flexible work environment that supports your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided lists, engaging them in conversations about their real estate needs and gauging interest in selling.
-Qualify leads by identifying motivation, property details, and potential deal value.
-Accurately document each call's outcome and maintain detailed lead information in our CRM.
-Collaborate with the team to transition qualified leads for further action and assist in moving deals forward.
-Meet weekly and monthly call and lead targets to maximize commission potential.

Qualifications:
-Proven track record in cold calling for real estate or similar sales experience.
-Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and navigate conversations with confidence.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote setting.
-Available to start immediately and commit to flexible hours, including occasional evenings if needed.
