Accountant, General Admin

Looking for someone who handle all accounting (QuickBooks, need someone with accounting background to set-up my books and do 1 year catch-up of all transactions). This person will handle all finance related (accounting, payroll, tax, reporting etc)
This person will also help with day to day administrative work as well as do some basic marketing stuff (photo editing, managing uber accounts etc etc). Looking for someone long term to grow with this small business.
