Executive Assistant to the CEO and Business Strategist

Company: Perfect Door Properties
Location: Remote

About Us:
Perfect Door Properties is a fast-growing real estate business with three distinct pillars: a rental portfolio, a wholesaling company, and a flipping company. Our mission is to become the #1 wholesaling and flipping business in Little Rock, and we’re seeking a driven and strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO to help us achieve this goal.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—it requires strategic thinking, proactive decision-making, and leadership to help drive success across all three business pillars.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, offering insights and solutions to key business challenges.
• Manage cross-business projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
• Lead and prepare weekly EOS/L10 meetings, including creating agendas, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.

Operational Management
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor and measure business performance.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring priorities are aligned and conflicts are resolved strategically.
• Support financial processes, including downloading mortgage statements, organizing tax documents, and assisting with bookkeeping in QuickBooks.

Communication and Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers across all three business pillars to align efforts and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle tenant communications, maintenance issues, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Monday or other project management software

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or strategic support role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and manage complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Teams) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EOS or leading tea ---------- etings is a plus.
