As a Customer Care Agent, you'll join the BOXRAW family to provide a flawless customer experience. Serving as the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in representing our values and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
• Liaise with fulfilment partners, service providers and couriers for updates and technical support
• Chasing missing packages
• Work alongside other departments to address queries

Required skills and experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience using ticket-handling software (Gorgias or similar)
• Minimum 2 years Shopify experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
• Natural problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with an ability to build strong working relationships
• Maintain a strong desire to help BOXRAW grow into a global legacy.
