Role Overview
Raycon seeks an Operations VA to help the operations team with inventory management. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will track inventory and identify discrepancies by monitoring daily sales and reconciling warehouse inventory with our ERP Managment system for all our sales channels and will work cross-funtionally with Supply Chain, Order Operations and Finance teams.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management is required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Above average skills in Microsoft Excel - required
Previous e-commerce experience is preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math proficiency
Passionate and driven, with a good sense of humor
