Ghost writer / researcher

This is a job which might last for quite a few years. The successful applicant will have to work very closely with me, assisting me to write a large series of eBooks - 90% factual / 10% fiction. Required output: 10,000 - 15,000 words per week - working mainly from research material provided by me. Daily communication via email & Skype. I need to see samples of your previous writing before any contract can be offered, as the style has to be compatible to my own. Previous experience is not as important as real skill and aptitude. I am looking for a writing style that is direct, appealing and non-pretentious. Attention to factual details is very important.
