SEEKING:
We are looking for a long-term, fully dedicated 40-hour-a-week/full-time employee; with the desire to grow their career. You will report directly to the CEO and communicate daily via IMs, SMS,
You will be heavily supported with training/coaching but you must have the ability to take detailed notes and execute accordingly. We pride ourselves on immediate feedback. You are expected to complete work promptly, ask questions when needed and proactively manage your tasks.
WHAT WE PROVIDE/ WHAT TO EXPECT:
90 days: The first 3 months will be onboarding and a probation period. $600 a month, paid semi-monthly.
90+ days: There will be opportunities for promotions, salary increases, and/or commission opportunities.
-Daily Status Meeting(s)
-Daily live training; job shadowing, reverse job shadowing then autonomy!
-Ability to manage your time and tasks effectively
-Ability to prioritize emergencies, daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Interviews are this week: FIRST WEEK OF FEB; roughly 20-minute interviews.
