???? TikTok Ad Creator / UGC Editor Needed (Daily Work)

Looking for a TikTok ninja who can create winning ads daily. These ads will all be POV/UGC style and will be using repurposed content from TikTok (You will NOT have to be in the content yourself). This is a long-term position with consistent work. See attached for examples of ads you would create

What You'll Do:
• Scout TikTok daily for trending POV UGC-style videos (under 15 seconds) and download and create ads
• Edit videos using TikTok's native editor
• Add compelling text overlays and hooks (You will be provided winning angles)
• Deliver 10-30 ready-to-run ads daily

Required Skills:
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends and what makes content viral
• Experience with TikTok's native editing tools
• Sharp eye for identifying high-converting UGC content
• Fast turnaround time and consistent delivery
• Available to work daily

Ideal Background:
• Previous experience creating/editing TikTok ads
• Understanding of direct response marketing
• Track record of viral or high-performing content
• Experience in the affiliate marketing/ecommerce space (bonus)

The Process:
