Full Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking talented and passionate Full Stack Developers to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js, React, and modern database technologies.
Implement and optimize LLM integrations for various use cases, such as question answering, text summarization, and content generation.
Develop robust and scalable RAG pipelines, including document indexing, retrieval, and context integration.
Build user-friendly interfaces that effectively utilize LLM capabilities.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate LLM models into existing systems.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM and RAG technologies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with database design and development (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in Eastern Time Zone.
Desirable:
Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Transformers).
Knowledge of RAG techniques and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.

Contributions to open-source projects related to LLMs or RAG.
Experience with building and deploying production-ready AI applications.
Passion for exploring and experimenting with new technologies.
