.NET and Javascript Web Developer / Programmer

Looking for a .NET and Javasript expert to join our mapping application development team (http://topo.ly).

Topo.ly helps businesses mitigate market risks, identify growth opportunities, and optimize logistics costs by providing tools to easily map company data and perform visual analysis.

Upon registering for a free account with Topo.ly, users can begin the two-step process of building maps. First: Name the map. Second: Paste a list of addresses from Excel or any other spreadsheet application. Within seconds, all addresses and other location-specific data is plotted (and embedded) in a map.

We are currently working to develop our next phase of enhancements to our mapping application, and we are looking to hire a .NET and Javasript expert.

Responsibilities include:
- Write code for mapping application enhancements following the development specifications.
- Deliver development milestones on schedule.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the following:
- Fluent in the English language.
- Expert in VB.NET and Javasript web development.
- Reliable.
- Able to work effectively (and reliably) from home.
- Has excellent communication skills and is an expert user of technology for communication.
- Detail focused.
- Demonstrates exceptional quality in coding and is reliable in commenting code.
- Ability to optimize code with Javascript callbacks.
- Self motivated.
- Problem solver.
- Passionate about mapping.
- Loves to learn
- Artistic experience in design and user interface is a plus.
