Email Marketing Specialist - Multifamily Wealth Education

We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in direct response copywriting to join our growing multifamily real estate education company. In this role, you'll craft compelling email campaigns that convert prospects into students and maintain engagement with our existing customer base.

Primary Responsibilities

The Email Marketing Specialist will develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive enrollment in our real estate education programs and nurture relationships with our community of multifamily investors and aspiring investors.
Key duties include:

- Creating engaging email sequences for lead nurturing, course launches, and student retention
- Writing high-converting sales emails and automated follow-up sequences
- Developing and maintaining segmentation strategies based on subscriber behavior and interests
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Managing and growing our email subscriber list while maintaining list health
- Collaborating with the content team to align email messaging with our broader marketing strategy
- A/B testing subject lines, copy, and CTAs to maximize campaign performance

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in email marketing with demonstrated success in driving conversions
- Strong portfolio of direct response copywriting work
- Proven track record of writing emails that generate measurable results
- Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Active Campaign
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Ideally, experience with using AI to assist with crafting copy, specifically Claude.ai


Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience marketing educational products or online courses
- Background in course creation or educational content development
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation, specifically in Active Campaign
- Experience writing long-form sales copy
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance your work product
