We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Buyer to join our growing team. This role is crucial to the success of our digital advertising campaigns and requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Google Ads strategy, execution, and optimization. As a Senior Google Ads Buyer, you will take full ownership of Google Ads management, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, achieving optimal cost-per-lead (CPL) for our clients, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Strategy and Execution
- Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies tailored to achieve client objectives, with a strong focus on delivering a low CPL.
- Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities across various industries.
- Build, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max.
- Utilize advanced targeting methods, keyword research, and ad copywriting to maximize ROI.
Leadership and Process Development
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of campaign management from planning to execution.
- Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for campaign setup, management, and optimization to prepare for future team expansion.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior tea
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Regularly present detailed reports to the CEO, highlighting campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable Google Ads strategies.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with the CEO and clients regarding performance, goals, and adjustments.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Implement innovative strategies to keep campaigns ahead of competitors in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at a high level.
- Proven track record of achieving low CPLs and driving significant ROI for diverse clients.
- Expert-level understanding of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Exceptional ability to build and communicate data-driven strategies that align with client goals.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing SOPs for ad account management.
Soft Skills
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to non-technical leaders on the team.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day campaign details.
